How many tickets are available? Dream Home Art Union Draw 425 are permitted to sell up to 4,817,796 tickets in Draw AU425L, which may include a maximum of 1,276,263 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.
When is Dream Home Draw 425 drawn? Draw AU425L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 19 March 2025 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.
Draw AU425L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 May 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

How long do I have to decide: You will have 30 days from the draw date to make your decision.
Do I get to see the apartments before I decide? Yes, there is a $3,000 travel voucher included in the prize to enable you to visit the apartment.
Do I have to pay tax on the first prize if I win? The transfer of all our lottery prizes to prize winners is not taxable for the prize winner.
