Prize Home Charities Compared: Mater, Dream Home Art Union, Endeavour & Yourtown
We cover the four big Australian charities that give away prize homes: Mater, Dream Home Art Union (the RSL Art Union), Endeavour Lotteries and Yourtown. They differ most on three things: ticket price (from $2 to $15), how many tickets each draw can sell (which sets your odds) and how often a new home goes up. Here they are side by side.

Mater's recent packages ran from $4.3 million to $7.1 million, while Endeavour and Yourtown homes are usually around $2.7 million to $3.7 million.
Can I enter if I don't live in Queensland?
Usually, yes. The homes are mostly on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, but recent winners live in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia as well as Queensland. Who can enter is set in each draw's official terms, so check them on the charity's site before you buy. All four are 18+ only.
Do you sell prize home tickets?
No. We're an independent guide: every ticket link on our site goes straight to the charity's own official checkout. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you, and it never changes which draws we cover or what we say about them.
