The winner will be selected at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, using an approved random number generator at ANZAC House in Fortitude Valley, Queensland. The result is due to be published that same day.

Entrants must generally be 18 years or older and meet the eligibility requirements in the official terms. Certain people connected with the operation of Dream Home Art Union and their immediate families cannot enter. Restrictions also apply to some residents of the United States, United Kingdom and European Union, while overseas entrants are responsible for checking the laws that apply where they live.

f the maximum saleable quantity is reached early, Draw 434 will close when the final available ticket is sold rather than waiting until 14 October 2026. The scheduled winner selection date remains 20 October 2026, unless an officially approved change is announced.
