Endeavour Draw 468 marks a major milestone — 75 years of Endeavour Foundation — with a prize home designed to feel every bit as special as the occasion.
Set on a massive 4,000m² block in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, this brand new single-level pavilion home brings together space, style and relaxed hinterland living in beautiful Maleny.
The home has been created for slow mornings, long lunches, pool days and evenings in the hot tub. With separate living and bedroom wings, there is room to unwind, entertain and enjoy the kind of lifestyle most people only dream about.
At the heart of the home is a huge designer kitchen with a butler’s pantry, perfect for relaxed family meals, weekend entertaining and everything in between. Outside, the lifestyle continues with a woodfired pizza oven, a ride-on mower and garden package, plus plenty of room to enjoy the surrounds.
Endeavour Draw 468 also includes a $100K solar and battery package by RESINC Solar & Batteries, along with $10K gold bullion.
This is a big prize home for a big milestone — and every ticket helps Endeavour Foundation support people with intellectual disability to learn, earn and thrive.

Photos are one thing. Walking through the designer kitchen, courtyard and pool area, then taking in the scale of the 4,000m² block for yourself? That’s something else entirely.
Maleny has long been one of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland’s most loved villages — a place known for its green countryside, dairy heritage, cafés, local produce and beautiful views across the Glass House Mountains.
It has even been described as part of the Blackall Range’s “Garden of Eden” thanks to its scenery, rainfall, climate and rich agricultural history.
Make a day of it while you’re here. Pop by Maleny Cheese, just 150m down the road, then take your time exploring the cafés, views and hinterland charm that make this part of the Sunshine Coast so special.
Come for the home. Stay for Maleny.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - ENDEAVOUR PRIZE HOME 468
The first prize is valued at $3,716,491.10 and centres on a fully furnished home at Balmoral Ridge, near Maleny. The package includes the house and land, interior furnishings, electrical goods, security system, solar and battery setup, ride-on mower and garden package, legal and transfer costs, and $10,000 in gold bullion.
The home is located at 6 Grandview Road, Balmoral Ridge, Queensland 4552, in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland near Maleny. The area is just under 90 minutes from Brisbane and around 30 minutes from Caloundra, offering a genuine tree-change lifestyle without being too far from the coast
The home has been designed around relaxed hinterland living and entertaining. Standout features include a swimming pool, wood-fired hot tub, enormous designer kitchen with butler’s pantry, alfresco area, wood-fired pizza oven, kitchen garden arbour and two 22,700-litre rainwater tanks.
No. The Draw 468 terms state that prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The winner receives the Balmoral Ridge home package and its listed inclusions rather than a cash alternative.
Yes. The home is awarded fully furnished and professionally styled. The official prize breakdown includes $189,933.77 in interior design and furnishings and $12,785.39 in electrical goods, so the winner would not be walking into an empty house
The official Draw 468 page promotes a solar and battery package featuring a 24kW solar system, 50kWh battery storage, two 10kW inverters and a three-phase electric-vehicle charger. It has been designed to help reduce the home’s ongoing electricity costs.
Yes. The official Draw 468 page lists the home as open daily from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with no appointment required. Visitors can walk through the kitchen, courtyard, pool area and the wider 4,000m² property at 6 Grandview Road, Balmoral Ridge
Potentially, but approval is not automatic. The terms state that using the property for short-term accommodation—and making changes to the home—would be subject to the relevant council approvals
Yes. The prize includes the free transfer of title, with legal and transfer costs valued at $6,700 included in the overall package.
The terms provide for 12 months of rates and charges issued by Sunshine Coast Council. Other ownership expenses that are not specifically listed as included remain the winner’s responsibility.
The winner becomes responsible for the home’s insurance, electricity, water, internet, telecommunications, gas, maintenance and general ownership expenses from the handover of the keys—or 28 days after the draw date, whichever occurs first
Because this is a new dwelling, the winner must notify Endeavour Foundation of any accepted defects within 28 days of handover. General wear and tear or damage occurring after handover is not covered.
Tickets start from $10 for one ticket. The standard Draw 468 bundles listed in the terms include:
- $20 for 2 tickets
- $30 for 4 tickets
- $40 for 6 tickets
- $50 for 10 tickets
- $60 for 14 tickets
- $100 for 30 tickets
Bundle tickets must be purchased together in one transaction. Promotional or membership offers may provide additional tickets during qualifying periods
The terms state that the number of tickets may range from 700,000 individual tickets to as many as 1,440,000 tickets when bundle purchases and associated ticket allocations are included.
There is no single fixed odds figure because the final number of eligible tickets depends on how many individual and bundled tickets are issued. Every correctly completed and accepted ticket is included in the random draw, so purchasing more tickets provides more entries but does not guarantee a result.
Endeavour Draw 468 closes at 10:00pm AEST on Thursday, 13 August 2026. Orders received after the closing time—or after the draw sells out—are automatically allocated to Endeavour Lottery 469 instead.
The Draw 468 first-prize winner will be selected from 11:00am AEST on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at Endeavour Foundation in Cannon Hill, Queensland.
All eligible tickets are entered into a random barrel draw. The winner will be contacted by email, phone or registered post within seven days, and the winner’s initials and geographical location will be published on the Endeavour Lotteries website
Entry is open to eligible individuals aged 18 years or older. Companies and trusts cannot enter, and certain Endeavour Foundation directors, staff, auditors, people involved in conducting the draw and their immediate families are excluded
Eligible foreign persons may enter, but a foreign winner may need government approval before the Australian property can be transferred to them. Any application costs, taxes or levies associated with that approval would be the winner’s responsibility.
Funds raised through Endeavour Lotteries help Endeavour Foundation create opportunities for people with intellectual disability across Australia. Draw 468 also marks the Foundation’s 75th anniversary and celebrates decades of supporting people to grow, connect and thrive
