The home is located at 35 Hodgens Street, Caloundra, Queensland, in the heart of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. It is within walking distance of local shops, cafés, cinemas and Kings Beach.

The home features five bedrooms, a study, four bathrooms, a powder room, several living spaces and a dedicated entertainment area with a private cinema, bar and golf simulator. Outside, there is an inground saltwater pool and alfresco entertaining space. The prize also includes selected furniture and electrical items listed by yourtown.

Yes. The first-prize winner may choose $3.45 million in cashable gold bullion instead of the Caloundra home package. The gold can be stored, sold in part or sold in full through yourtown’s nominated bullion provider.

Not necessarily. The gold is valued at its purchase price on the day of the draw, but its resale value may change with the gold spot price. Selling costs of approximately 2% to 2.5% are also paid by the winner, so the final cash amount may be lower than the stated prize value.

A maximum of 525,000 tickets may be issued for yourtown Prize Home Draw 558. Buying more than one ticket gives you additional entries, but each ticket remains a separate chance in the draw.

Ticket sales close on Tuesday, 4 August 2026 at 10:00pm AEST. Entries must be completed before the official closing time to be included in the first-prize draw.

The first-prize draw will take place on Thursday, 6 August 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. The draw is conducted publicly at yourtown’s Milton office and is scheduled to be shown on Facebook Live.

Yourtown states that the winner will be contacted by phone and notified in writing by email and registered mail on the day of the draw. Results will also be published on the official yourtown winners page.

No. The Draw 558 prize home is not open for public inspection. However, yourtown provides an online photo gallery, video tour, floor plan and virtual walkthrough so people can explore the home remotely

Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Overseas entrants must confirm that participating is permitted in their own country, and some overseas winners may require Foreign Investment Review Board approval before an Australian property can be transferred to them. New Zealand citizens holding a subclass 444 Special Category visa can participate.

An overseas winner who is not an Australian citizen or resident may need to obtain FIRB approval before the property can be transferred. Since Draw 558 also provides a cashable-gold alternative, the winner may prefer to choose the gold option depending on their circumstances and eligibility. The second sentence is a practical inference from the available prize choices.
