Endeavour Foundation Lottery Draw 470 closes at 10:00pm AEST on Thursday 10 December 2026, unless tickets sell out earlier. The draw opened on 18 September 2026.

The Endeavour Draw 470 winner will be drawn from 11:00am AEST on Thursday 17 December 2026. Eligible tickets are selected using a random barrel draw at Endeavour Foundation in Queensland; Endeavour also describes its prize-home draws as independently audited.

Endeavour Foundation may contact the winner by email, phone or registered post, with notification to occur within seven days of the draw. The winner’s initials and geographical location are also scheduled to be published on the Endeavour Lotteries website on 17 December 2026.

A single Endeavour Draw 470 ticket starts at $10. The standard pricing in the official terms is $20 for 2 tickets, $30 for 4, $40 for 6, $50 for 10, $60 for 14 and $100 for 30 tickets. Promotional or bonus-ticket offers can change during the draw, so check the current ticket options before purchasing.

Yes. The Draw 470 prize package includes free transfer of title, with $6,700 allocated to legal fees and transfer costs in the official prize breakdown. Costs that are not specifically listed as Endeavour Foundation’s responsibility remain the winner’s responsibility.

After handover, the winner becomes responsible for normal property costs including insurance, water, electricity, telecommunications, internet, gas, maintenance and upkeep. Under the terms, responsibility for maintaining the home begins when the keys are handed over or 28 days after the draw date, whichever occurs first

The Draw 470 terms do not require the winner to live in the property permanently or prohibit a later sale or rental after ownership has transferred. However, short-term accommodation is specifically stated to be subject to council approval, and a winner considering selling or renting the home should check the legal, tax and council requirements that apply at the time.

The $10,000 in gold bullion is a physical asset — it does not have to be kept indefinitely. The winner could retain it, arrange secure storage or sell it through a reputable bullion dealer and, depending on the dealer, have the proceeds transferred into a bank account.

The amount received when selling may be different from the stated $10,000 prize value because gold prices and dealer costs can change. Endeavour specifically states that selling costs and market variations are the winner’s responsibility.

For Australian tax purposes, the ATO says prizes won in ordinary lotteries and raffles generally do not need to be declared as income.
