ENDEAVOUR DRAW 469 - GOLDEN BEACH

The first prize is a fully furnished Golden Beach home package officially valued at $2,903,235.72. It includes the five-bedroom home and land, designer furniture, electrical appliances, a solar and battery system, security system, landscaping, legal transfer costs and $10,000 in gold bullion.

The prize home is located at 77 Palmer Avenue, Golden Beach, Queensland 4551, on the Sunshine Coast. It is approximately 250 metres from the beach and the calm waters of Pumicestone Passage, with central Caloundra around five minutes away.

Tickets start at $10 for one ticket. Larger ticket bundles lower the effective price per ticket:

• $20 for 2 tickets
• $30 for 4 tickets
• $40 for 6 tickets
• $50 for 10 tickets
• $60 for 14 tickets
• $100 for 30 tickets

The official entry page also currently displays an option of 60 tickets for $200. Each ticket is a separate entry in the main draw.

The number of available tickets will range from 560,000 if tickets are purchased individually to as many as 1,100,000 when bundle purchases are included.

The final odds depend on how many valid tickets are actually sold and entered. Every eligible ticket has the same chance of being selected, regardless of when it was purchased or whether it formed part of a bundle.

No. You can purchase a one-off ticket or ticket bundle without joining the monthly membership program.

Endeavour Lotteries Membership is optional. Members receive tickets automatically each month and may also receive access to separate member benefits and promotional draws.

Endeavour Draw 469 closes at 10:00pm AEST on Thursday 8 October 2026. The main prize is scheduled to be drawn at 11:00am AEST on Thursday 15 October 2026.

The draw may sell out before the advertised closing time. An order received after the draw closes or sells out will automatically be entered into Endeavour Draw 470 instead.

Entry is open to eligible individuals aged 18 or over, including Australian citizens and foreign persons. Entries cannot be made in the name of a company or trust.

Residents of all Australian states and territories, including South Australia, can enter provided they meet the eligibility requirements. Certain Endeavour Foundation directors, staff, auditors, people involved in conducting the draw and their immediate families are excluded.

Generally, yes. Overseas entrants must be at least 18 and legally permitted to enter under the laws where they live.

A foreign winner may also need Australian government approval before the property can be transferred into their name. Any application costs, foreign purchaser taxes or related charges are the winner’s responsibility.

Yes. The Golden Beach prize home is advertised as open for inspection daily from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with no appointment required.

Opening arrangements can change, so visitors should confirm the current inspection times on the official Draw 469 page before travelling.

The main prize winner will be selected through a random barrel draw at Endeavour Foundation’s Cannon Hill office. Every eligible ticket has an equal chance of being selected.

Endeavour states that its draw process is regulator-approved and overseen by an independent external auditor to protect the integrity of the result.

The modern coastal home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two powder rooms and several separate living areas. Standout features include a magnesium pool with a cocktail ledge, a poolside Pilates studio, a separate air-conditioned home office, an entertainer’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, side access suitable for a boat and a 10kW solar and battery package worth more than $40,000. It sits on a 602m² corner block.

Yes. The Early Bird prize is $5,000 cash, or $5,000 in gold bullion if the winner is a Victorian resident. One-off ticket buyers must purchase by Thursday 3 September 2026 to qualify. Eligible Prize Home Members with a Draw 469 ticket by 8 October are also automatically included.

The terms also contain several limited-time ticket promotions:

Each promotion has its own eligibility period and conditions, so entrants should check the official terms before purchasing specifically for a bonus offer.

Yes. Once the property is legally transferred, the winner can choose to live in it, rent it out or sell it.

The official investment report gives the home an estimated furnished rental return of $1,600 per week, based on an assessment completed in May 2026. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed rental income. Short-term accommodation may also require council approval.

Endeavour says winners can generally move in from the official handover date, while the legal transfer of title is being completed.

The winner becomes responsible for the home’s maintenance from the date the keys are handed over or 28 days after the draw date, whichever happens first. 

The prize includes free transfer of title and the listed legal and transfer costs. It also includes $10,000 in gold bullion, which can help with initial expenses.

From handover, the winner is responsible for home and contents insurance, public liability cover, electricity, water, internet, telecommunications, maintenance and other normal property ownership costs. Any taxes, levies or expenses not specifically included in the prize remain the winner’s responsibility.

For most private Australian entrants, lottery winnings are generally treated as a windfall rather than ordinary taxable income. However, tax may become relevant later if the winner rents out or sells the property, and the result will depend on how the home is used and the winner’s individual circumstances.

The Draw 469 terms also make clear that any tax, levy or effect on pensions, allowances, superannuation or other entitlements is the winner’s responsibility. Personal financial or tax advice should therefore be obtained before making decisions about the property.

The winner will be contacted by email, telephone or registered post within seven days of the draw. The winner’s initials and general geographical location are also scheduled to be published on the Endeavour Lotteries website on 15 October 2026.
