The included Audi Q5 Sportback 2.0L e-hybrid Quattro comes with dealer delivery, registration, compulsory third-party insurance, luxury car tax, stamp duty and GST included. The home also has a wall-mounted EV charger in the garage.
The gold bullion is valued at Mater’s purchase price on the date it is purchased. Its resale value may change with the gold market, and selling costs may apply if the winner chooses to sell it. Promotional photographs may not show the exact bullion supplied.
Yes. Tickets purchased between 13 July and 31 August 2026 are eligible for the early-bird draw, with a $5,000 Coles Myer voucher to be won. The early-bird draw is scheduled for 2 September 2026.
A first-prize winner who purchased a qualifying ticket book may also receive an extra gold bullion prize. Depending on the total value of the ticket books purchased, the bonus ranges from $10,000 to $60,000 in gold bullion.

Mater Draw 327 is open to eligible entrants aged 18 years or older in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory, as well as eligible overseas residents. South Australian residents cannot purchase tickets in Mater Prize Home lotteries.

Yes. Mater Foundation will pay the standard transfer duty, registration fees and legal costs required to transfer the Wurtulla home into the winner’s name. Additional costs may apply if the winner chooses to register the property in a trust, company or another person’s name.
Once the winner takes possession, they become responsible for the property’s ongoing expenses, including rates, insurance, maintenance, taxes and levies. Mater estimates the council rates at approximately $5,532 per year
