WHY THIS ONE CAUGHT OUR EYE
A 2023 home on one of the coast's best ridgelines.
We track every prize home draw in Australia — and Buderim keeps earning its reputation. This home was built in 2023, perched on Buderim's northern ridge where the land falls away to reveal the coastline.
An infinity saltwater pool spills toward the view, there's a private cinema for movie nights in, and an outdoor kitchen for the nights you'd rather be outside. Leafy streets, village charm, and Mooloolaba Beach about twenty minutes away.
It's the kind of home that makes an ordinary week feel like you never left holidays.
